The Grand Canyon #1 - February 1998
On our cross crountry trip from Atlanta,
Georgia, to Mountain View, California, we took the sourthern route.
While we did take a detour to see the shotgun shack in Tupelo, Mississippi,
where Elvis was born, but frankly, there was nothing along I-40 that caught
our attention until we took a half day trip to the south rim of the Grand
Canyon. Admittedly, it was February, but whoever thought there would
be several feet of snow in Arizona?
